Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Armed Security License

• Valid Firearms Permit and qualifications

• Prior law enforcement, military, or school security experience preferred

• Strong communication and situational awareness skills

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
