Glenn Strong is accomplished in the managerial feild of security. Glenn has over 37 years of experience as a Security Manager, Fire Safety Director, Correctional Officer, and a 82nd Airborne Division Paratrooper for the U.S. ARMY. Glenn has a proven record of accomplishment, success and dedication. He served throughout New York City, Connecticut and North Carolina in numerous managerial/fire life safety director assignments throughout his career. Glenn is currently responsible for all unarmed security personnel, sites and equipment for JC Protection.
Glenn enlisted in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman/Paratrooper and was assigned to Ft. Benning, Georgia for basic training and Paratrooper School. In 1986, he was deployed to Korea, Camp Casey 2nd Infantry Division where he was assigned until 1988. In 1989, Glenn was hired by the NYPD (Division of School Safety) central mobile task force and was a member of the public school’s metal detector team. In 1998, Glenn decided to change his career and became a Correctional Officer at Harnett County Correctional Institute. In 2001, Glenn was hired as a Security Manager/Fire Safety Director for several prominent locations to include Scholastic Inc., Equity properties, 1 Stamford Plaza, Hines Properties, and World Wide Plaza, in New York City. In 2009, he served as the Security Supervisor/Fire Safety Director at at Monroe College and in 2018 he served as a Security Supervisor at Columbia University. Glenn also achieved Emergency Management credits from Frederick Community College.
